Full Moon Guided Meditation

Meditating during a full moon has many benefits. Energetically the full moon is at its strongest, so it’s not uncommon that it can bring on behaviors from anxiousness to emotional unbalancing. Meditating during a full moon can assist in changing those behaviors and cleanse the body of any negativity. Over the past 12 months I have been working closely with clients and I have witnessed the instant changes in energy/behavior from before, compared to after, the guided meditation.  These clients at times went from heightened behavior to calmness, from high blood pressure to low blood pressure, from not sleeping to sleeping and from constant chatter in the mind to stillness. The full moon guided meditation  can guide you back on the path of becoming the best version of yourself.

Releasing what no longer serves you. A method to quieten the mind

Over 2 years ago I started my Journey of mindfulness, and it was during this time I started to write down on paper, the clutter that was in my head, clogging my thoughts. 

I found by doing this I was releasing the thought patterns that were completely out of my control. These thought patterns were becoming less and less and so It was evident that I would start to incorporate this release method with my full moon guided meditations. 

I am no longer a prisoner to my thoughts as I write them down, burn them and send them to the universe. 

The key to releasing is to remember that we can only control ourselves, and by controlling ourselves we can become the best version. 

Manifesting what you truly want

The easiest way to explain how to manifest, is to start listening to your thoughts and what you verbalize. 

You may have heard of the saying “ You are what you eat” well this is exactly the same as “ You are what you think”. 

For example I always wanted to host retreats and Steve wanted to live on an island and own a two story home. We verbalized these ideas all the time and I would often dream about the retreats, I never gave any thought to how it would happen, just the happiness it brought me when I would think about it and the thought of being able to assist in helping people become the best version of themselves. We are now living on an island, in a two story home with a business hosting holistic retreats. 

 

There are many manifesting methods and it really depends on individual choice. As long as you believe that you will receive what you’re asking for, and also know WHY you want it.
